Doubt is a key hindrance to answered prayers. Have faith in God. — GWEM Daily Nugget #103
Saying #103
Doubt is a key hindrance to answered prayers. Have faith in God.
James calls the doubter double-minded — unstable, tossed by every wave, unable to receive anything from God. Peter walked on water until he looked at the wind instead of the Word. Fix your eyes on what God said, not on what doubt whispers, and watch your prayers take hold.
Doubt isn't neutral — James says it makes you unstable, like a wave tossed by the wind, unable to receive anything from God. Faith isn't the absence of feeling but the decision to trust His Word over your fluctuating certainty. When doubt creeps in, don't argue with it — return to what God said and stand there.
