Saying #40
Examine yourself: Are you really a Man of God or a 'god' of man? Change your ways.
Herod sat on a throne, wore the robe, and accepted the crowd's shout of 'the voice of a god' — and was struck down on the spot, because God shares His glory with no one. Titles, platforms, and applause can quietly turn a man of God into a god of man if he starts enjoying the worship meant only for the Father. Examine yourself before the crowd's praise does the examining for you.
