Saying #44
A good leader does not maintain followers. He turns followers into leaders and leaders into change agents.
Paul didn't build a fan base — he built Timothys who could teach others also. Leadership that only gathers followers dies with the leader; leadership that multiplies leaders outlives him. God equips His people for works of service, not for permanent dependency. If nobody around you is growing past where they started, you're not leading — you're collecting.
